Cor.Con. International srl, data controller pursuant to Article 4 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (also “GDPR”) wishes to inform you about the terms and procedures to process personal data of the users who visit this website.

Data Protection Officer

Cor.Con. International srl has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) pursuant to GDPR Art. 37 who can be contacted at the email address privacy@corconinternational.com 

It is possible to contact the DPO to exercise all the rights provided for by GDPR Artt. 15-21: right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability, opposition, as well as revoke a previously granted consent; in case of non-response to their requests, interested parties can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data (pursuant to GDPR Art 13.2.d).

All data is processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner towards the interested party, in compliance with the general principles set out in GDPR Art. 5 and specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Contact data

The optional, explicit and voluntary act of sending electronic mail to the addresses indicated in this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary in order to reply to the requests, as well as of any other personal data entered. The processing of sensitive and judicial data is excluded and if provided by the user will be cancelled.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but could allow users to be identified by its very nature through processing and associations with data held by third parties.

This data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

Contact data is used to follow-up on sender’s requests.

Cookie and Navigation data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. This data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site (legitimate interests of the owner).

Communication scope (GDPR Art. 13.1.e-f)

This data is processed exclusively by internal personnel, duly authorized and trained in the processing (GDPR Art. 29) and will not be disclosed to external subjects, disseminated or transferred to non-EU countries. Only in the event of an investigation they may be made available to the competent authorities.

Data retention period (GDPR, Art. 13.2.a)

This data is usually kept for short periods of time, with the exception of any extensions connected to investigation activities.
