Special Pelle is a defence tool against the aging of the epidermis in its most common manifestation: wrinkles. The product acts both as a revitalizer for young but fragile, such as poor sebum skin, and as an anti-aging thanks to the squalene antioxidant specific action that maintains effectively the barrier function of the lipidic substrate of the epidermis (sebum). Elaeis Guineensis and Simmondsia Chinensis seed oil, thanks to the hygroscopic ability of the Natural Moisturizing Factors (NMF), maintain the ideal water content for a healthy and young skin. The active ingredients included in the Elaeis Guineensis and Simmondsia Chinensis seed oil allow a cleaning action on the skin, which is essential for the maintenance of skin structures and functions.
Scientific Background
The skin has a structure comparable to an adaptable “mosaic framework” that, within certain limits, may be smoothed out thanks to the contraction or expansion of the muscular components and the swelling of the structures able to hold water. These effects are, however, temporary due to its physiological nature and role. Therefore, it is crucial to provide the skin structures with reinforcements that have to support such a “mosaic framework”, maintaining moisture levels and swelling ability. There are several natural substances able to protect these functions, but they have to be specifically and harmonically combined in order to be effective.
